Shipping Policy

The products offered in our store are exclusively or primarily digital products, unless otherwise stated on the respective product page.

Digital products are not physically shipped. After successful payment, the customer receives access to the purchased product through a digital download link. The download link is provided through our download platform and/or sent to the email address entered during checkout.

Delivery is considered completed once the customer has been given access to the download link or digital file. The customer is responsible for entering a correct and accessible email address during checkout and for saving the download link or file in a timely manner.

No shipping fees apply to digital products. Since no physical shipment takes place, there is no traditional tracking number or physical delivery address.

If a customer experiences problems accessing the download link or downloading the file, they may contact us for support. We will review the order and access status and, if the order was successfully paid, provide access again when appropriate.

Digital products that have been made available or downloaded are considered delivered.
